As UA Manager you will be responsible for our main ad networks and drive ROI positive campaigns.

What you will do:
  • You will plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as mobile video networks, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships etc.
  • You will work with the design team to develop creative campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement
  • You will analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns to improve performance and ROI
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile gaming marketing
  • You will manage relationships with external partners such as influencer agencies, ad networks, and app stores
  • You will work closely with the product team to ensure that user acquisition campaigns are aligned with product goals and features
    • Who you are:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing or growth marketing role in a high-volume consumer facing digital business, ideally mobile gaming.
  • You have hands-on experience running campaigns across a variety of user acquisition channels such as social media, influencer partnerships, DSP’s, mobile video networks etc.; strong experience with at least one of the aforementioned channels
  • You have proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement for mobile games
  • You have experience with analytics and data-driven decision making
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
