We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Publishing Lead to manage our portfolio of studios that are developing new and exciting mobile games. As an integral part of the team, you’ll have a significant impact on ensuring Sunday meets its business goals by using data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking. Bring in your deep understanding of varied monetization models and market research skills to evaluate game concepts, and together we will take our gaming ecosystem to the next level.

Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes and markets next-gen casual games. Our international team of around 50 developers, artists, game designers, marketers and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. What you will do:
  • You will manage a portfolio of studios to develop new games in line with Sunday’s publishing strategy 
  • You will build and manage a cross-functional team of Publishing Managers, Game Designers, and Product Managers 
  • You will make data driven decisions throughout the game development process and manage business performance 
  • You will work closely with the Head of Publishing to align on strategy and to make our publishing processes most efficient
    • Who you are:
  • You have a proven track record in publishing of mobile games 
  • You have a deep understanding of different monetization models in mobile games 
  • You are highly ambitious and have an achiever mindset combined with strategic thinking 
  • You possess strong communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • You know how to mentor your team for career development and how to coach studio partners to align with Sunday’s strategy 
  • You know how to research on the market and to evaluate games
