We are looking for an experienced Office Operations Manager to help us to kickstart our operations in Bangalore and to build a vibrant work environment from the ground up.

Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes and markets next-gen casual games. Our international team of around 50 developers, artists, game designers, marketers and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next few years. We receive immense support to achieve this goal through the AppLike Group. What you will do:
  • You will kickstart our operations in Bangalore, including office scouting and setup
  • You will help driving the hiring process for our growing team in India, making sure we attract top talent while collaborating closely with the People Team located in Germany 
  • You will boost our employees job satisfaction and productivity by making sure all their needs for their daily work environment are fulfilled
  • You will solve day-to-day problems hands-on as they appear and continuously implement systems to make operations smoother 
  • You will build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring that we have the best resources and services to support our operations
    • Who you are:
  • You have proven experience in office/company operations management 
  • You are process driven, like taking initiative and have a great attention to detail
  • You are able to work in an highly structured and independent way even when performing several tasks in parallel
  • You possess strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • You have excellent English skills both spoken and written
