We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Publishing Manager to acquire high-potential studio partners to make new hit games in line with Sunday´s vision and strategy

What you will do:
  • You will acquire high-potential studio partners to make new hit games in line with Sunday´s vision and strategy 
  • You will onboard and coach studios regarding marketability, gameplay, and monetization 
  • You will share your knowledge of current current market trends using market intelligence tools
  • You will create product roadmaps for different phases of the product from marketability to scale
  • You will join our team of world-class Publishing Managers and will have a huge impact on the success of the business
  • You will manage at least 1  junior publishing manager colleague and mentor them
    • Who you are:
  • You gained 3+ years of experience in hyper-casual/mobile casual games as Publishing Manager
  • You have a passion for making hit games and are an active player of mobile games
  • You are aware of current market trends and are able to give clear game directions to studios based on data
  • You understand how the mobile ads ecosystem works and understand good practices in mobile game development
  • You know how to present information and how to communicate with internal and external partners 
  • You are able to manage projects to be within time and cost
  • You are fluent in English and Russian
