Meet Your Team: BI and Data Science

Our BI & Data Science team is at the heart of every company process – including product development and decision-making. 
This is a team dedicated to creating bidding algorithms that decide which ads should be shown to which of our billions of users all over the world. A team dedicated to predicting user engagement connecting our advertisers with their target audience.
You will have an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology (various models, generative AI and ML Ops tools) and knowledgeable professionals in the Data Science field.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the Data Science team together with Data Science Tech Lead
  • Manage key data science projects inside the company: bidding algorithm for personalized ads, user quality prediction, in-app currency distribution and many more.
  • Set up the goals, create a roadmaps, define priorities, communicate with stakeholders
  • Assess the performance of the projects and be directly involved in implementing the solutions into products
  • Review data investigations and generate ideas for improvements and follow ups
  • Be the owner of the data science projects and experiments documentation inside the company
  • Communicate with different roles inside the company and educate people about data
  • Do data analysis yourself when needed using internal dashboards, BI tools, spreadsheets or any other preferable tools
    • Who You Are
  • Degree in Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, or a similar field
  • +3 years of experience managing Data Science teams (or teams working closely with Data Science on a daily basis)
  • Strong communication skills with both tech and business team members to connect all the dots
  • Ability to speak the same language with data scientists. You know how modeling and feature development works on a high level, which KPIs for model quality are commonly used, how A/B tests should be performed
  • Great project management skill set: setting up processes, creating roadmaps, managing backlog, prioritizing
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Drive business valuable insights from data and understand how it will be used in the software
  • Experience performing data analysis yourself, using BI tools or Python/R
  • Plus: AdTech / Mobile analytics experience
