We are searching for a visionary and strategic Product Director to lead the development of a critical part of our SaaS platform. Our software focuses on helping Game and App developers to make better products. As the Product Director, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap for a specific feature (or features) and managing a cross-functional development team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define Features and Requirements: Understand the features’ objectives and articulate its’ requirements to the development team.
  • Roadmap and timeline management: develop and manage a roadmap and timeline for the delivery, balancing the needs of the development team and the commercial needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with other teams, such as design, sales, and customer support, to ensure that the feature is integrated smoothly into the overall platform.
  • Customer feedback and iteration: gather customer feedback on the feature and incorporate it into the product roadmap, continuously improving the feature over time.
  • User adoption and engagement: drive user adoption and engagement with the feature, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote it.
  • Metrics and data analysis: establish and track metrics to measure the success of the feature, using data to make informed decisions about its future development.
    • The optimal candidate should have:
  • A strong technical background to understand the capabilities and limitations of the product and its development processes.
  • Proven experience in product development at a SaaS or MarTech company, including creating product roadmaps, defining product requirements, and launching successful products.
  • Understanding of our target market, customers and their pain points, as well as the competitive landscape
  • The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, drive innovation, and make tough decisions when needed.
  • Strong strategic mindset to make long-term product decisions and align them with the company’s overall mission and vision.
