As Talent Acquisition Team Lead, your responsibility together with a growing team of TA colleagues will be to attract and hire talent from around the globe for our tech and business teams and ensure an exceptional experience for our candidates and hiring managers in all of our 5 companies.

What you will do:
  • You will build and lead a growing team of Talent Acquisition Managers, Interns, and Working Students all based in Hamburg
  • You will review and continuously improve our Talent Attraction & Acquisition strategy while initiating and driving strategic projects accordingly
  • You will review and improve defined KPIs and set and govern all TA processes accordingly 
  • You will think outside the box and find ways to recruit highly skilled tech and business professionals despite fierce competition for talent
  • You will make sure the TA team, as well as hiring managers, are trained and enabled to execute hiring processes ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a high quality of interviews
  • You will be responsible for the selection and management of external partners
  • You will take over operational recruiting tasks on a regular base as well – depending on team capacity and volume of requests
  • You will ensure the development and engagement of team members like e.g., positive recognition opportunities, performance reviews, promoting career development and giving space for personal and professional growth
  • Who you are:
  • You have a relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences)
  • You have several years of expertise in Talent Attraction and Acquisition (full cycle recruiting)
  • You are experienced with both working on an operational level and with strategic responsibilities
  • You are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and how to leverage these for process automation
  • You have experience in the environment of mid-sized to large multinational as well as smaller yet international companies; additional experience in recruiting agencies is advantageous 
  • You are experienced in managing a mid-sized team of recruiters with in-depth experience of employer branding and different recruiting channels, including detailed knowledge of active sourcing 
  • You have the ability to manage several project teams and drive for results
  • You have strong data analysis skills and process orientation
  • You have business acumen, results orientation and attention to details
  • You have a strong candidate experience focus and learning mindset 
  • Fluency in English is a must both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
