As a Tech Lead you will manage a team of highly committed developers. Together you will develop a state-of-the-art backend for our products and help grow the team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to the development team. This includes guiding the team on the use of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Code Quality: Ensure that the code produced by the team is of high quality. This includes conducting code reviews, writing and enforcing coding standards, and using appropriate testing and validation techniques.
  • Project Management: Manage the technical aspects of the project. This includes ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product leads, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure that the technical design aligns with the product requirements.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team. This includes exploring new tools and technologies that could improve the development process, and promoting the use of best practices to achieve technical excellence.
    • The optimal candidate may look like:
  • Technical expertise: Strong background in software engineering, with experience developing and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Leadership skills: Effectively lead a team of developers, providing guidance and direction as they work on a crucial part of the company’s SaaS platform.
  • Multiple years of experience in Go or Java
  • Worked with cloud infrastructures like AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud or others
  • Worked with Infrastructure as Code like Terraform, Terragrunt, Cloudformation and CI/CD Tools such as Gitlab, GitHub or others
  • Plus: Experience in Kubernetes, Kustomize and GitOps technologies like Flux CD or Argo CD
  • Plus: Knowledge of streaming Platforms like Kafka and big data frameworks like Flink or Spark
