As an IT Support Team Lead for the applike Group, you will keep our office infrastructure, tech setup running smoothly and coordinate a small team’s activities.

What you will do:
  • Ensuring efficient delivery of IT support for our staff with well-designed, highly automated end-2-end IT processes
  • Constantly streamlining processes and procedures within IT
  • Leading projects aimed at ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence particularly through process digitalization and automation
  • Ensuring excellent quality of data handled by the team in accordance with Information Compliance and Data Privacy rules
  • Driving a high performance culture within your team through coaching, capability building and data-driven improvement focus
  • Ensuring development and engagement of team members like e.g., positive recognition opportunities, performance reviews, promoting career development within and outside of the team and giving space for personal and professional growth
  • To a certain extent take over operational task as well
    • Who you are:
  • Several years of experience in IT Support Management roles or equivalent experience
  • Deep expertise in all relevant fields e.g., OS administration, network security setup and infrastructure fallbacks, automation of processes e.g. provisioning , flawless running infrastructure
  • Expert knowledge in working with Windows, Mac & Linux and the Google Workspace
  • Strong track record of driving projects in the IT Support space and fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the team
  • Go-to person for Senior Stakeholders
  • Previously demonstrated leadership behaviors and mindset e.g., coordinating the work of more junior colleagues and coaching team members to higher performance levels
  • Ability to keep up with deadlines
