We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head of Product Growth to join Sunday’s growing mobile games business. In this role, you will lead a team of game designers, product managers, game artists, and game developers to continuously improve our published live games. This includes implementing new features, game mechanics, and monetization options such as rewarded videos, interstitial videos, and in-app purchases.

Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes, and markets hyper-casual mobile games. Our international team of around 50 developers, artists, game designers, marketers, and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next few years.

We receive immense support to achieve this goal through the AppLike Group. Our sister companies justDice, justtrack and adjoe provide us with cutting-edge marketing and advertising technology. What you will do:

You will oversee the development and execution of growth strategies for our published live games

You will identify new opportunities for growth based on data insights and market research and drive the implementation of these strategies

You will coordinate roadmaps between internal stakeholders and external development studios

You will work closely with the leadership team to align on growth goals and strategies

You will build a world-class team and inspire them to achieve their best work

Who you are:

You have a strong background in product management or production and a proven track record of success in growing mobile games

You have experience leading and motivating a team to achieve their best work

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for mobile gaming

You have experience making data-driven decisions and driving results

You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
