As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the absolute driving force behind justtrack’s marketing trajectory. As our very first marketing hire, you will take full ownership of building our entire marketing function entirely from scratch. This is a rare, high-impact role requiring a unique “player-coach” mentality, you will design our overarching global marketing strategy while executing hands-on content creation, SEO, event management, and multimedia production.
At justtrack, we build a SaaS business that provides app and game publishers with an attractive toolset to handle their entire global marketing growth process. Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes, justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights. As part of the Applike Group (financially backed by media powerhouse Bertelsmann), justtrack has access to industry experts and funding with a long-term growth mindset.
What you will do:
Build the function from scratch by establishing justtrack’s core marketing infrastructure, workflows, tools, and brand guidelines from the ground up to support our global B2B expansion.
Maintain tight alignment with leadership and cross-functional teams by translating high-level management visions into a cohesive marketing roadmap, while partnering deeply with Design to build stunning visual assets, Product to turn technical updates into marketable features, and the Growth team to supercharge customer acquisition.
Own end-to-end content strategy and creation to build and scale our written content pipeline across our website content, corporate blogs, and executive/company presence on LinkedIn.
Drive multimedia production by producing high-impact video and photo materials featuring our clients and employees, taking a hands-on approach to basic video/photo editing and asset design.
Execute modern search and visibility strategies to grow our numbers across traditional and emerging search technologies using organic SEO, Geo, and targeted SEA.
Leverage next-gen AI tools to actively scale content production, increase speed-to-market, and optimize our distribution workflows.
Manage events and webinars by designing, organizing, and executing high-value digital sessions and proprietary brand events.
Provide global brand advocacy by representing justtrack live at international industry conferences to ensure our booths and networking activities accurately reflect our brand’s authority.
Who you are:
Bring a first-hire mindset that allows you to thrive in ambiguity and handle being a department of one initially, with the ambition and strategic vision to scale the function over time.
Have English fluency to ensure your written and spoken copy is flawless, persuasive, and capable of turning complex B2B SaaS topics into engaging content.
Work as a versatile content creator with a robust portfolio showing a proven track record in full-funnel content creation, including writing, multimedia storytelling, and light video/photo editing.
Act as a search and growth expert who knows how to increase traffic metrics using SEO and SEA, and who is already experimenting with how to win in Generative AI Search Engine environments (GEO).
Network as an experienced professional who is confident presenting at large industry events and has experience organizing webinars that capture high-quality B2B leads.
Stay tech-savvy and adaptive by embracing the newest AI-driven marketing technologies to streamline workflows and scale content.
Bring experience in SaaS, mobile marketing, adtech, or the gaming ecosystem as a major plus.

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.
