About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships to own adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. This is not a maintenance role; it is a commercial strategy role. You will act as the “General Manager” for a portfolio of our top-tier partners, responsible for merging their long-term goals with adjoe’s tech innovation to build a shared path to growth and profitability.
Your mandate is to align adjoe’s technology with the partner’s long-term vision, ensuring our stacks evolve together. You will define and execute ambitious commercial goals, treating each account as a joint venture where you set the targets, forecast the growth, and engineer the technical strategy required to hit them.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director, Supply and working closely with regional VPs of Revenue, the wider adjoe leadership team, and our Product and Tech departments, you will act as the gatekeeper to our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
Ambitious Commercial Strategy: You systematically identify new revenue opportunities for our partners, launch large-scale campaigns, or lead high-stakes renegotiations, securing long-term exclusivity
Joint Strategic Roadmap: You don’t just deliver features; you orchestrate the joint technical roadmap. You drive integration timelines, manage feature testing, and facilitate QBRs or workshops
C-Level Navigation: You move beyond day-to-day managers and build relationships with CROs, CTOs, or Heads of Monetization to align adjoe’s roadmap with our partners’ long-term business goals
Product Loop & First Line of Defense: You are the bridge between the market and adjoe’s Product teams. You translate partner feedback into actionable product features that unlock scalability while proactively solving technical or performance blockers before they impact revenue
People Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: You directly lead and develop a small, high-impact team while also guiding and aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Revenue, and Leadership to drive shared outcomes
Who You Are:
5-7 years in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS Strategic Account Management, specifically handling enterprise clients and ideally with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem and core metrics such as CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, etc.
Tech-Commercial Hybrid & Communication: Outstanding communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between product and business, with fluent English required for daily collaboration with global stakeholders. You can discuss API limitations with a CTO in the morning and revenue growth opportunities with a CEO in the afternoon with equal fluency
Proven success in Solution Selling: Experience sitting down with product teams to scope out custom technical solutions or roadmaps, not just selling off-the-shelf inventory
Strategic Vision: Ability to look 6–12 months ahead. You aren’t worried about yesterday’s numbers; you are worried about next Q3’s product release
Commercial Acumen and Excellence: You own the revenue targets for your account. You don’t settle for “maintenance mode”; you actively identify opportunities to expand & set ambitious goals, strengthening the partnership

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days.
