What you will do:
1. Stakeholder Management
You are a peer to our MDs, Directors of Engineering & Product, and Founders. You don’t just take orders; you provide high-level talent advisory.
Leverage our internal Talent Intelligence team for deep industry data and competitive mapping to guide leadership on hiring feasibility and organizational design.
Drive the hiring process by aligning technical requirements with business goals, ensuring every hire moves the needle for the company’s bottom line.
Act as the critical link between complex technical roadmaps and the human capital needed to execute them.
2. Talent Engagement
The best talent isn’t looking for a job, you are the one who finds them.
Use creative networking to track down talent across the globe.
Craft bespoke outreach strategies that resonate with senior engineers and architects, selling the vision of the group’s existing success stories.
Partner with our internal teams to manage the seamless relocation and integration of international hires into our Hamburg headquarters.
3. AI Workflow
We believe the future of recruiting is hybrid. We don’t expect you to be an AI researcher, but we expect you to be fearless with the tech.
Be exceptionally comfortable utilizing existing AI-driven sourcing and screening tools to maximize your output.
Participate in the experimentation and “building” of new internal AI workflows to keep our TA engine at the absolute cutting edge.
Who you are:
Experience: 7+ years of total recruiting experience in SaaS or Technology, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically as a Senior Technical Recruiter working on high-visibility, high-impact roles.
Tech: Ideally, you have a technical background (e.g., a degree in Computer Science or former experience in a technical role).
Mindset: You treat sourcing like a research project. You are relentless in your pursuit of talent.
Communication: Professional English skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to high-level stakeholders.
Adaptability: You thrive in an environment where performance is measured by impact, not activity. You value feedback and constant iteration.

No problem! Our visa and relocation support does also include your partner or kids. (Please be aware that legal marriage is often times a requirement to obtain a partner-visa).
If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.
