Sunday creates pocket-sized friends for the mass market. We turn idle moments into meaningful connections for millions of users worldwide.
Sunday focuses on the psychology of care, companionship, and empathy. We build accessible worlds where players don’t just solve puzzles, they rescue friends. By combining mass-market accessibility with deep emotional hooks, we are defining the next era of digital entertainment.
About Us
We are a dynamic mobile games company currently operating in an exciting exploration phase within the hybrid casual market. Our mission is to blend the instant accessibility and mass appeal of hyper-casual games with fast IAP monetization, subscriptions, and the powerful emotional “I want to have that” triggers that drive high player value. To crack the code on our next big hit, we rely on rapid prototyping, innovative thinking, and a culture that isn’t afraid to take chances.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Feature Ownership & ROI: Act as the ultimate owner for individual live titles or high-impact features. Drive the product evolution by applying a strict commercial ROI lens to all decisions—evaluating opportunity costs, resource estimation, and real business value rather than just gut feeling.
The MVP Mindset: Ruthlessly prioritize and define what “Minimum Viable” means for feature prototypes. Convincingly strip away nice-to-haves to test core hypotheses cheaply, validating player retention and monetization as quickly as possible.
Fast Monetization Design: Focus heavily on hybrid-casual monetization mechanics. Drive product strategies integrating early subscription funnels, automated pop-ups, and powerful emotional or visual triggers (cosmetics, exclusive drops, impulse-buys) instead of heavy, slow-burn mid-core systems.
Rigorous Scoping & PRD Creation: Translate product strategy into thorough Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) containing explicit effort estimations and primary/secondary KPI uplifts as a mandatory prerequisite for production hand-off.
Growth & Marketability Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the User Acquisition (UA) and Creative Ads teams to treat growth and product as a singular engine. Map in-game progression loops directly to CPI and ROAS targets, ensuring marketability signals dictate what actually gets built.
End-to-End Experimentation: Proactively set up A/B tests, live-ops events, and player behavior experiments in our internal data platform (Sundash). Analyze metrics and player friction points to scale winning concepts aggressively or execute fast data-driven pivots.
Pure Product Focus: Dedicate your energy to analyzing systems, drafting feature concepts, and maximizing impact. You will not be bogged down by sprint planning, retros, or daily agile team coordination—those processes are managed entirely by our Production and Project Management team.
What We’re Looking For
Commercial Gaming Mindset: Proven experience in mobile game product management (specifically hybrid-casual, casual, or hyper-casual genres), operating with a “business leader first, game maker second” attitude.
Data-Driven Decisiveness: Exceptional ability to interpret data dashboards and early UA metrics (CPA, CPI, Blended ROAS) to adapt game design, features, and economy balancing on the fly.
Calculated Risk-Taker: Experience working in a fast-paced “fail fast, learn faster” exploration culture, with the ability to launch early, iterate rapidly, and ruthlessly “kill your darlings” when the math doesn’t add up.
Monetization Instincts: Deep understanding of modern hybrid economies, early subscription funnels, and e-commerce psychology (retention, conversion, instant consumption hooks) that drive high player value.
Cross-Functional Generalist: An agile communicator who can align seamlessly with Data Scientists on ROI calculations, UA managers on campaign scaling, and Artists/Designers on player-centered UI flows.
Execution & Ownership: Hands-on experience as a clear Feature Owner, with a track record of writing clean, analytical PRDs and managing backlogs strictly by commercial impact.
