About the Role
As adjoe enters its next critical phase of global expansion, with a strategic priority of building a scalable and predictable revenue engine. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager to advance our GTM strategy and drive global execution with our teams in Europe, North America, and APAC. This is not a maintenance role; it is a creation role at the heart of our commercial strategy.
Your mission is to shape and refine our global GTM strategy and take strategic priorities through execution to achieve results. You will define and implement the operations that will ensure we can continue to scale efficiently across all markets.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director (GTM) and working closely with regional VPs of Revenue, the wider adjoe leadership team, and our Product and Tech departments, you will act as a strategic partner and operational bridge across teams. You’ll help translate strategic goals into execution, ensuring alignment from planning to delivery. This role blends analytical and strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration—supporting high-impact initiatives, guiding teams through complex deals, and driving seamless execution from partner engagement to integration.
What You Will Do:
GTM Strategy: Partner with our Managing Director (GTM) and regional VPs of Revenue (Europe, North America, APAC) to design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy, defining the end-to-end sales processes and operational cadence.
Business Development: Actively support our Sales teams on high-priority, strategic accounts across all stages (deal, onboarding, and scaling). Support our Growth teams in strategic account development (e.g. new product upsell strategy).
Sales Enablement & Productivity: Act as the primary bridge between Product Marketing and the global Sales organization, developing a continuous enablement program to equip teams with the knowledge and assets to win.
Reporting & Pipeline Management: Architect and build our global sales reporting framework to establish a single source of truth for pipeline health, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
Sales Incentive Design & Execution: Design, model, and manage a motivating global sales commission plan, from initial hands-on creation to eventual strategic oversight as the team scales.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, and Tech teams, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across markets.
Future Growth – Team Development: Build and lead the foundation of the Revenue Operations function, establishing processes and a structure that can grow with the company’s expansion.
Who You Are:
Strategic & Analytical: 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups or Scale-ups, or VC/PE, with a strong record in strategy development and execution, ideally GTM oriented.
Business Acumen: Experienced in formulation (and ideally execution) of commercial strategy and GTM motions. Solid understanding or strong interest in AdTech, including the key performance metrics and sales cycles common in the space.
Builder’s Mindset: You combine structure and pragmatism—equally comfortable architecting multi-year GTM plans and rolling up your sleeves to execute. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Executive Presence & Partnership: Strong business acumen and the ability to work closely with senior leadership and external partners. You influence through insight, build trust across teams, and act as a reliable partner who turns strategy into execution.
Problem-Solving & Ownership: You bring a structured, yet adaptive approach to challenges—leading high-impact initiatives from idea to outcome with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit.
Global Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English and German.
Academic Foundation: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university. An MBA is a plus but not required.
Our Commitment to Your Success:
Invest in Your Future: You’ll join a high-performing, rapidly scaling global company with a clear vision, while directly influencing the company’s trajectory and sharing in its success. We’re committed to your growth through regular feedback, mentoring, and our development programs, you’ll expand your skillset and build a long-term career at adjoe.
Easy Arrival to adjoe: From signing to settling in Hamburg, we’ve got you and your family covered, including a relocation bonus, and personal support to help you build your life here, making your move smooth and stress-free.
Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: Flexible hours, remote Fridays and 30 vacation days. You’ll also have three weeks of remote work each year, access to an 24/7 in-house gym with classes, and mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Thrive Where You Work: Our Hamburg HQ offers more than a view of the Alster lake. You’ll find a vibrant office with top-notch equipment, open collaboration spaces, and plenty of snacks and drinks to keep ideas (and energy) flowing.

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.
Our hybrid working approach involves being in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and the option to work remotely the remaining two days.
