It’s not just about who you know. It’s about what you know about who you know. The Demand Partnerships team connects premium advertisers with the very users who will love their mobile games. By focusing on building lasting advertiser relationships, this team drives our ad platform forward, ensuring apps reach and exceed their growth goals and connecting them with hundreds of millions of monthly active users. Whether that’s with our new programmatic ad platform or Playtime ad unit.
What you will do:
You will identify and evaluate potential advertisers to adopt adjoe’s UA solution
You will onboard and maintain strong relationships with new advertisers
You will monitor and track sales activities, pipeline status, and KPIs of new partners
You will develop a compelling storyline and pitch presentation for prospects
You will attend conferences and meet potential partners
You will work cross-functionally to help internal and external stakeholders reach company goals
Who you are:
You have 3+ years of Business Development experience in ad tech space
You have an understanding of ad tech KPIs
You have a strong and maintained network of developers
You have a strong network and understanding of the mobile programmatic ecosystem
You are organized, methodical with good communication skills and a consultative approach
You are a team player and ability to adapt to a growing company
You have great verbal and written communication skills in English
You are an expert in Gsuit and have experience using Salesforce
You have a can-do “make it happen” attitude
You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.

The headquarters of the applike group and all its subsidiaries are located in Hamburg, Germany. We do have offices in the US and APAC.
