Meet Your Team: Anti-Fraud Solutions
Our Anti-Fraud Solutions team tackles one of adtech’s biggest challenges: industry reports suggest 25% of global mobile ad spend is fraudulent. We’ve built sophisticated systems that actively prevent fraud from impacting our partners’ business.
At the core of our solution are custom-built mobile SDKs for Android and iOS, which analyze device integrity and detect modifications like Xposed frameworks, Magisk modules or jailbroken devices. Our distributed cloud infrastructure powered by SQS and Kafka processes billions of daily events to flag suspicious behaviors in real time, while Go-based microservices deliver millisecond-level responses using DynamoDB as our database.
For developers interested in cheat prevention, this means working with cutting-edge tech to continuously outsmart even the most creative tactics.
As a Working Student in the Anti-Fraud team, you will support our team in both Android and iOS SDK development. You will help implement anti-fraud related features, assist in finding and tracking new fraudulent behaviors, and contribute to validating documentation for new features. This is a perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mobile SDK development and see how modern software products are built and maintained.

What You Will Do:
Work alongside Mobile Developer on iOS and Android SDKs that run on tens of millions of devices every day.
Work with Backend developers and QA engineers to deliver necessary features
Collaborate with other teams contributing to the same project to align on best practices and architecture
Investigate ways users can break or fool our fraud prevention methods in our SDKs
Who You Are:
You study in computer science (or a similar field)
You have good knowledge of Swift and Java/Kotlin
You are proficient in both iOS and Android app development
You are interested in mobile advertising industry

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.
