Meet Your Team

 

As our Senior Demand Growth Manager you are part of the global Demand Growth Team at adjoe and work in partnership with our Partnerships Team in Singapore (APAC focus) whilst collaborating with your teammates from the EMEA and US offices.

 

This role is focused on continuous advertiser revenue growth and relationship development with adjoe’s advertising clients. On the day to day you will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data, coming up with creative strategies to expand the partnerships whilst leveraging adjoe services and products. You will be communicating regularly with partners and internal stakeholders via various channels. You will work closely with the APAC Demand Growth Lead and the team to exchange best practices and drive overall revenue growth for all partners.

What you will do:
  • Establish strong relations with potential mobile gaming and mobile app advertisers in GCR and beyond and bring them to use adjoe’s advertising solution

  • Be responsible for overall pipeline management including lead generation, reach-outs, and closing.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing your clients

  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners with the focus of growing and generating incremental revenue for both parties

  • Analyze KPIs and trends related to the performance of your partners and take action accordingly

  • Develop growth strategies for partners leveraging all adjoe products

  • Establish strong relationships with your existing partners through day-to-day communication (Slack, emails, calls) as well as regular face to face review meetings

  • Support new partners during the onboarding process

  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to your partners

  • Gather and communicate your partner’s requests to internal stakeholders, including technical troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with your teammates on projects focused on advertiser growth and processes improvement

  • Be part of an international English-speaking team

Who you are:
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in account management and operations, preferably in the adtech or the mobile advertising space with a proven track record

  • You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC,Conversion, Retention, ARPU, ROAS etc.).

  • Expert with Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides).

  • Communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written).

  • You have experience using a CRM.

  • You have an output- and revenue-driven attitude.

  • You like to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong sense of ownership.

  • You are hungry to make a real impact in sales and win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in GCR.

We aim to make our recruiting process as fast and efficient as possible, but the duration can vary depending on the role you are applying for. Usually we are really fast, though (less than 4 weeks).

How is AI used for the recruitment process?

As part of our hiring process, we may use an AI Notetaker tool to transcribe and summarize interviews. This enables our hiring teams to focus fully on candidates and ensures a fair and well-documented selection process.

This tool joins interviews as a silent participant and generates a transcript and factual notes. Only those directly involved in the hiring process will have access to this data, which is stored securely and deleted after 6 months.

Candidates are informed in advance, given the option to opt out, and opting out does not impact the outcome of the application.

How do I know I’m really being contacted by someone from applike group?

We’ll never ask you for money, fees, or sensitive information (like bank details, tax forms, or credit card numbers) during the hiring process.

No, we do provide full visa and relocation support.

What if I want to relocate together with my family?

No problem! Our visa and relocation support does also include your partner or kids. (Please be aware that legal marriage is often times a requirement to obtain a partner-visa).

Can I work remotely?

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.

Where is your main-office located?

The headquarters of the applike group and all its subsidiaries are located in Hamburg, Germany. We do have offices in the US and APAC.
