As the first Lead Client Relations, you will be the architect of our client success framework, defining the overall strategy for how we manage and scale our global customers and partnerships. You will bridge the gap between high-level business vision and operational excellence, setting the standard for enterprise-grade communication and sophisticated client success workflows. Working in close alignment with our management team, you will build from scratch, mentor the team, and design the cross-functional processes that ensure our product’s evolution directly fuels our revenue goals.
At justtrack, we build a SaaS business that provides app and game publishers with an attractive toolset to handle their entire global marketing growth process. Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes, justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights. What you will do:

Set up and refine the overall architecture of how justtrack manages and scales its client relationships. You define the “gold standard” for our account management processes in close alignment with our management.

Take personal ownership of our most strategic, high-value future clients, ensuring their first days are flawless.

Support and coach the account management team, helping them navigate complex situations and technical roadblocks.

Lead the charge on high-level upselling strategies and revenue-driven initiatives. You own the strategy for keeping churn at a minimum.

Act as a key stakeholder in internal product discussions, representing the voice of our enterprise partners to influence the product roadmap.

Oversee the resolution of high-priority technical tickets, working closely with engineering to solve “deal-breaker” issues.
Who you are:

You have extensive experience (6+ years) in high-level Account Management, with a clear history of managing enterprise-grade clients in the SaaS or AdTech space.

You don’t just follow a workflow; you build it. You have experience setting up account structures and communication cadences from scratch.

You can build trust with C-level stakeholders and technical leads alike.

You are highly revenue-driven and know exactly how to align partner success with our bottom line.

Fluent in English; German language skills are a bonus.

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.
