Meet Your Team: Team Dashboards
The adjoe’s Dashboards team builds cutting-edge technologies that connect advertisers and Publishers with their ideal users for apps and games. As part of this team, you’ll be joining the Demand Side Platform (DSP) initiative, where we’re crafting intelligent solutions to empower advertisers. Integrated with adjoe’s advanced ML models, our custom APIs serve over 2 billion requests per day at low latency, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
You will be a key contributor to one of the adjoe Dashboards team, which is a core component of our end to end solution and includes Advertiser and Monetizer dashbaords. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how advertisers and publishers managing ( create and optimize) their ads through our platform.
What You Will Do:
You will take ownership of the Analytics Dashboard product on our Platform, gradually taking over responsibility for a dedicated development team, managing their progress, and making relevant strategic decisions to drive product success.
You will eventually become the central contact person for all relevant stakeholders, including advertisers, publishers, internal teams, and management, presenting your project progress and product roadmap at regular intervals.
You will act as an intrapreneur, leading your team based on selective KPIs, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for our advertisers.
You will implement and continuously improve a lean, high-output development process to ensure rapid iteration and enhance product quality, specifically for our campaign management and optimization features.
Who You Are:
+3 years of extensive experience working as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. Experience in an ad-tech company is a plus but not essential.
High level of ownership – you can work independently and prioritize ruthlessly based on user and business needs, especially when operating under ambiguous conditions.
You have gained practical experience in the field of product ownership and possess strong experience in agile software development methodologies.
Proven track record of delivering at least 0-1 new product features or significant product iterations from concept to launch is highly desirable.
You are a digital native who has a strong interest in technology, and are as fluent conversing with business stakeholders as with the engineers, effectively bridging the gap between technical possibilities and business requirements.
You have proven that you are a real team player who masters and appreciates the cooperation of interdisciplinary teams, thriving in a collaborative environment.
You possess clear and concise communication skills and know how to guide and motivate individuals to develop their maximum capabilities, even when faced with evolving requirements.

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.
