At adjoe, we turn app publishers’ potential into proven revenue. Our Publisher Accounts team combines adjoe’s deep technical expertise with strategic insight to optimize every aspect of creating engaging user experiences that drive monetization. We understand the delicate balance between user engagement and revenue generation, optimizing ad placements for visibility while ensuring a seamless app experience. Our publishers see concrete results: higher ARPDAU, improved retention metrics, and stronger overall user satisfaction and monetization performance.
What You Will Do:
Promote the long-term success and health of a high-growth app publisher portfolio, acting as the local expert for the Brazilian market.
Synthesize deep-dive performance data (CPI, CPM, ARPDAU) and regional trends into impactful insights that fosters adjoe’s global product and business strategy.
Serve as the primary regional point of contact, facilitating alignment between local partners and our Global HQ to ensure execution and excellence.
Proactively identify optimization opportunities and craft data-driven recommendations.
Take full ownership of portfolio tracking and meticulous CRM hygiene, providing the critical information that drives to adjoe’s regional growth targets.
Who You Are:
You have 2+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
Advanced English, Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
You have a solid understanding of key industry metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR, and know how to leverage them to drive performance.
You’re an exceptional communicator and can clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present to the partners in regular QBR meetings.
You’re proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides, and use them effectively to analyze data and present results.
You’re highly results-driven, motivated by achieving measurable outcomes and maximizing revenue.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift and agility is key.
You take full ownership of your work, proactively identifying opportunities and following through with impact.

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.
