In our day-to-day business, we expect everyone to avoid wasting time and to constantly focus on what has the biggest impact right now. When making decisions we always ask ourselves: “What would I do if it was my company?”
Every business opportunity we go for needs to be scalable: that means we will only go for ideas that we can grow big with relatively few people. To reach this goal, we often have to go the extra mile. “That won’t work”, is something we never say! We always find solutions, focusing on opportunities rather than challenges.

Whenever possible, we will try to reach 80% of the possible outcome with 20% effort, rather than making things perfect.
Making quick decisions enables us to realize more successful projects. For that, we need to take risks: we accept and learn from mistakes, rather than lose big opportunities. That’s why we run pilots and evaluate their success based on data.
We always need to be adaptable and respond to changes, new knowledge, and opportunities and respect our companies´ varying needs. Time is of the essence, hence we need to prioritize very well all the time.

We value efficiency so we communicate directly with each other – regardless of hierarchy, position, or department. Every opinion counts and everyone contributes! We give direct feedback and address conflicts openly and quickly because we want to improve and learn from one another.
Let’s get to the point! We prefer simple, solution-oriented, clear, and in-person communication. We save sugar-coating and colorful presentations for our (internal) customers!
