As (Senior) User Acquisition Manager/ (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager you own the strategy and execution for specific marketing channels and apps. You have a growth mindset and are eager to support justDice’s growth journey. Besides analytical skills, you convince us with new ideas, creativity and curiosity to drive the Marketing Team’s success.

What You’ll Do:
Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and emerging channels ( Expert in a specific channel preferred )
Build structured testing framework
Work closely with creative teams to identify, test, and scale winning concepts
Analyze performance across the full funnel
Identify scaling opportunities and fix bottlenecks
Test new channels, partners, and growth initiatives
Align UA strategy with product and business goals
Who you are:
5+ years in performance marketing / UA (mobile preferred)
Experience managing large-scale budgets across multiple channels
Strong understanding of:
Attribution (SKAN, MMPs, postbacks)
Funnel metrics & cohort analysis
Incrementality vs correlation
Proven ability to scale campaigns, not just manage them
Creative mindset understands what makes ads work
High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and structured thinking

If you prefer 100% remote companies, applike is not the right place for you because we strongly believe in face-to-face collaboration. However, we did implement a hybrid working model where we are in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and can work remotely the remaining two days. Additionally, you get three whole weeks per year to work fully remotely if you want.
